Common Questions

How do I generate an image?

  1. Add your pet by uploading 3-5 photos from the Profile tab
  2. Go to the Home tab and swipe through art style prompts
  3. Swipe right on a prompt to generate an AI image
  4. View your creation and save, share, or send it to a frame

How do credits work?

Each image generation costs 1 credit. You can earn free credits by verifying your email or sharing your creations to social media. Additional credits are available for purchase in the app.

How do I send images to my digital picture frame?

Go to Profile > My Frames and add your frame's email address. Once configured, you can send images from the Home tab after generating or from the Gallery tab in batch mode.

Can I use the app with multiple pets?

Yes! Add as many pets as you like from the Profile tab. Some prompts support multi-pet images with 2-5 pets together.

How do I refine an image?

After generating an image, tap "Refine" and enter a custom instruction (e.g., "make the background darker" or "add a sunset"). Each refinement builds on the previous result.

My image generation failed — what happened?

Occasionally the AI may flag content for safety review and retry automatically. If generation continues to fail, try a different prompt or check that your pet photos are clear and well-lit.

Account & Data

How do I delete my account?

Go to Profile > Delete Account. This permanently removes your account, pet photos, and generated images within 30 days.

How do I export my data?

Go to Profile > Export Data to download a copy of all your personal data.
