Delete Your Account

Casso

To delete your Casso account and all associated data:

1. Open the Casso app
2. Go to the Profile tab
3. Tap Delete Account
4. Confirm the deletion

What gets deleted

• Your account and profile information
• All uploaded pet photos
• All generated images
• Generation history and preferences
• Credit balance

All data is permanently removed within 30 days of deletion.

Alternative method

If you cannot access the app, email support@cassoapp.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request" and we will process your request within 30 days.
